At Rapidsio, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure that every customer feels confident purchasing our products and services.
This policy applies to all purchases made directly through rapidsio.com. If you purchased through a third-party platform or reseller, their respective refund policies will apply.
We offer a 14-day money-back guaranteeon most of our paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You experienced a technical issue or service outage caused by Rapidsio that we were unable to resolve
- You were charged incorrectly or billed for a plan you did not intend to purchase
- The product or service delivered was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
- Duplicate charges occurred due to a billing system error
Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases and circumstances fall outside the scope of our refund policy. We are unable to issue refunds for:
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date
- Services or features that have already been fully consumed or delivered
- One-time setup fees, onboarding costs, or custom development work
- Add-on credits, tokens, or usage-based charges that have already been used
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Purchases made through third-party platforms or affiliate partners
- Promotional or discounted plans clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
How to Request a Refund

Your full name and the email address associated with your Rapidsio account
Your order ID or invoice number (found in your confirmation email)
The date of purchase and the amount charged
A brief description of the reason for your refund request
Any relevant screenshots or supporting documentation (if applicable)
The more detail you provide, the faster we can review and process your request. Our support team typically responds within 1–2 business days.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your request is submitted, here's what happens next:
Request Received
Our billing team acknowledges your request within 1–2 business days and may follow up for additional information if needed.
Review & Decision
We review your request against our eligibility criteria. You will receive a written decision within 5 business days of submission.
Refund Approved
If approved, the refund is initiated to your original payment method. Processing time varies by provider — typically 5–10 business days for cards and 1–3 days for digital wallets.
Confirmation Sent
You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued, along with a reference number for your records.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued rather than a full one. This typically applies when:
- A portion of the service has already been used or delivered at the time of the request
- A refund is requested after the 14-day window but extenuating circumstances apply
- A promotional discount was applied at purchase, and only the net amount paid is refundable
Subscriptions & Plans
Rapidsio offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The following terms apply:
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for the remaining days of an active monthly period unless eligibility criteria are met.
Annual Plans
Annual subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days. After this period, refunds are pro-rated based on unused months, subject to review and approval.
Plan Upgrades
When upgrading mid-cycle, you will only be charged the difference. The unused value of your current plan is automatically credited toward the new plan.
Plan Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period. Credits are not carried over to lower-tier plans.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly without the need for a formal dispute.
If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account pending investigation. Accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may be permanently banned from using Rapidsio services.
