Policy Point 1

Cancellation requests will only be considered if submitted in writing via email to contact@rapidsio.com immediately after the service agreement is signed — before any discovery, planning, or execution work has commenced. Once our team has begun any form of work on your project, the cancellation request will not be eligible for a refund as time, expertise, and resources will have already been allocated.

Rapid SIO does not accept cancellation requests for Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC Advertising, or Social Media Marketing services once the campaign strategy has been developed and work has commenced. However, if a client can demonstrate that no measurable work has been initiated within the first 48 hours of campaign kickoff, a partial review of the payment may be considered at our sole discretion.

For Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Custom Software projects, refunds are governed by project milestones. Payments made against completed and client-approved milestones are strictly non-refundable. If a client raises a concern that a delivered milestone does not meet the agreed specifications outlined in the project brief, the issue must be reported to our project team within 7 days of milestone delivery. Our team will review the concern and work to resolve it in accordance with the original agreed scope.

For Business Consultancy and AI & Machine Learning engagements, fees paid for completed strategy sessions, audits, reports, or development sprints are non-refundable once delivered. If a client believes that the deliverable does not reflect the agreed scope of work, the concern must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery. Rapid SIO will review the submission and take appropriate corrective action where the concern is found to be valid.

For Content Writing and Copywriting services, refunds will not be issued once content has been written and delivered to the client. If the delivered content does not align with the approved brief and requirements, the client is entitled to request one round of revisions at no additional cost, provided the revision request is submitted within 7 days of content delivery.

In cases where Rapid SIO is unable to deliver an agreed service due to circumstances on our end, the client will be entitled to a full or partial refund proportionate to the work not completed. Any approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Rapid SIO does not offer refunds for delays or underperformance caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to — client delays in providing access, content, or approvals; third-party platform changes such as Google algorithm updates or Meta policy changes; or changes in the client's business direction after work has commenced.

For any approved refunds, processing time will be 5–7 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be returned via the same payment method used at the time of the original transaction — bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe. Rapid SIO reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
